Privacy Policy

In Season ("we," "us") is operated by Well Made Decisions LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. Questions: privacy@joininseason.com.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, and (if you provide it) your phone number.
- Your wardrobe content: the items you add to your closet and finds, including photos you upload and the details you enter (such as category, brand, color, notes, fit, and retailer links), and the outfits ("Looks") you build.
- Color profile: the color season you save in the Style tab. When you use the Style tab to find your season, your selfie is analyzed on your own device and is not uploaded to us. We store only the season and palette you choose to save.
- Payment information: if you subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
- Technical information: your IP address and basic device and browser information, used to operate the service, keep your account secure, and prevent abuse.
- Cookies: we set one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How we use your information
- To provide the service: store and display your closet, finds, looks, and color profile across your devices.
- To create and secure your account and keep you signed in.
- To process your subscription and provide support.
- To operate, protect, and improve the service.
- To communicate with you about your account, trial, or subscription.
Your photos and wardrobe data
Your closet is yours. We store the items, photos, and outfits you create so your wardrobe is available when you sign in from any device. We do not publish your closet, share it with other users, or use your photos to train any model. You can delete any item at any time, and you can permanently delete your entire account and all associated data yourself from the account menu in the app, or by emailing privacy@joininseason.com.
Service providers we share with
We share limited information with the following providers solely to operate the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention
- Account and wardrobe data: kept while your account is active, and deleted when you delete your account or request deletion. If your subscription has lapsed and you do not sign in for 60 days, we delete the account and its content.
- Billing records: retained as required for tax and accounting purposes.
- Security data: session and abuse-prevention records expire automatically.
You can permanently delete your account and its data yourself at any time from the account menu in the app, or request deletion at privacy@joininseason.com.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and the California CCPA and CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. We do not sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. To exercise any right, email privacy@joininseason.com, and we will respond as required by law.
Where the GDPR applies, we process your information to perform our contract with you (Article 6(1)(b)), for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service (Article 6(1)(f)), and with your consent where required. Your information is processed in the United States, and our providers offer appropriate safeguards for international transfers. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Security
We use reputable infrastructure providers and reasonable technical measures to protect your information, including hashing your password and transmitting data over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by applicable law.
Children
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
